I’m told it looks like “Shabby Chic” instead of I spilled some paint on it chic…but I don’t think it looks awful, I’ve seen a lot worse of those “chic” paint spills on Etsy. The slate comes from a 1700’s era barn roof in New England, will try and string some hemp rope through the nail holes but I’m not good at that, I may just cut off a bunch of the rope and let you see how good you are at that.
